POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Systems Support Analyst has a strong background in supporting and implementing IT systems related to Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management.
This position would be responsible for support and ongoing development of the Enterprise Resource Planning system and other Business Systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for resolving issues and implementing process or system enhancements as required for the legacy business systems and new ERP system (Infor Syteline), EPM, Safety and HR systems.
Prioritizes issues and determines the impact of application issues on the business environment.
Support end users in day-to-day application activities
Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability in compliance with current application development and enterprise architecture standards.
Ensure integration between business process requirements, current application environment, and vendor software.Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project and system operational and financial risks.
Develop a strong working knowledge of the various departmental processes.
Analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing agreed process automation and improvements.
Maintain application landscape documentation, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the global Business Systems Manager.
Train end users in the use of enterprise applications and the associated functional processes.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/
REPORTING:
Reporting directly to the Global Business Systems Manager, this position interacts with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing and Supply chain processes and/or related systems.
3+ years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems, ideally Infor Syteline or other Infor ERP systems.
Experience in reporting applications like Birst, PowerBI, and SSRS would be desirable.
Experience in development technology such as .net, SQL, VB Script, PHP, Bootstrap.
QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT :
Knowledge of and experience in supporting Infor's Syteline ERP environment strongly desired
Experience in Microsoft's 365 Environment utilizing all features and applications desired.
Database knowledge of MYSQL, MSSQL and MongoDB
Knowledge of web form design is desirable.
Knowledge of development tools such as Visual studio, SSMS, Report Builder is desirable.
Knowledge of Reporting and Analytic tools
Knowledge of and experience in financial applications as Hyperion, OneStream and reporting
Good understanding of PMP and Agile processes
Knowledge of workflow, process mapping, form validation and automation.
Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure
Good understanding and experience with modern software development methodologies and tools.
Ability to understand business needs and apply the appropriate designs and technologies to meet the needs of the functional internal customers.
Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information. Resourceful and a problem solver.Skills in managing time and organizing work.
Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines; Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

S UPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
None.
TRAVEL:
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time; some international travel required.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED :
Must be able to operate computer and other IT equipment as the job requires.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Position is mostly performed at a desk and may require walking to users' computers or IT systems to troubleshoot issues.
May require lifting to 10 pounds.Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other IT equipment as the job requires.
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.MENTAL DEMANDS :
Must handle diverse work problems daily. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Works in a typical office setting most of the time.
This position will require working outside of normal office hours on an as needed basis and may also require visiting industrial manufacturing facilities.
