    Job Title: Payroll Services Specialist

    At the core of our organization, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Payroll Services Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for professionals who can handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll intake tickets submitted by employees, managers, and other customers in a timely manner.
    • Determine when inquiries need to be escalated to the core Payroll Team for prompt handling and resolution.
    • Maintain excellent communication skills to work effectively with minimal supervision while keeping the Payroll Management Team updated on any situations requiring their input or involvement.

    This position requires strong analytical skills as well as knowledge of current payroll practices and regulations along with HR policies.
