Job Title: Play-Based Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our clinical team as Play-Based Therapists. Our team is committed to empowering children and families toward happiness and wellness, focusing on the five areas of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide play-based therapy services in the child's natural environment, working closely with parents/guardians to enhance skill acquisition in key areas of childhood development.
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that enhance children's growth and resiliency, collaborating with families to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, adhering to HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with developmental delays, learning disabilities, or behavior disorders.
• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Behavioral Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Infant Teaching, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license, proof of current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOJ background clearance and CPR certification (Company provides upon training).

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
