    Nimble Solutions is a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions for ambulatory surgery centers, surgical clinics, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. Our tech-enabled solutions allow surgical organizations to streamline their revenue cycle processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve financial outcomes.

    We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop a public-facing communication strategy for our products and services. As a B2B Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving product awareness, demand generation, gathering the voice of the customer, competitive intelligence, and the public-facing communication strategy about our portfolio of products and services.

    The ideal candidate has significant expertise in building product awareness while driving measurable results through product marketing and demand-generation activities. You should have a successful track record of establishing and executing marketing plans in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead product marketing content development and align all product marketing copy with Nimble Solutions brand
    • Develop messaging and positioning for our product and service portfolio including identifying key differentiators
    • Understanding the buyer's journey, create and launch effective go-to-market plans
    • Create and drive execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing goals that effectively reach the target market
    • Create sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, sell sheets, talking points, and trade show collaterals
    • Conduct market research, reviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and develop and maintain competitive battle cards for the sales team and internal operations
    • Establish and execute a data-driven marketing strategy for demand-gen that positively impacts product awareness and increases the marketing funnel
    • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to develop marketing plans to support growth initiatives, including cross-/up-sell and retention strategies
    • Provide feedback on product features that meet the needs of the target market in partnership with business leaders to ensure solutions continue to meet customer needs and market demand
    • Help develop marketing materials that support the product roadmap
    • Work with marketing leadership to establish goals and metrics
    • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics reviews and reporting

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience; 2+ years in a product marketing role
    • Experience owning product marketing and GTM strategy, planning, and execution
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics; Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or related work experience

    Location:

    Open to remote or in-office position (St. Louis). VP Marketing is remote. Role requires minimal travel to tradeshows, key company events, and company office (20%).

    Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
