Ideal Feet San Antonio - Castle Hills is growing and we are and our customers expect the best. We are searching for trainable individuals, high motor and results driven sales consultants who one day hopes to become an Ideal Feet Franchise owner. We are hiring a Sales Consultants with commission sales experience for San Antonio - Castle Hills location on Blanco Rd. We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can truly make a difference in others lives and have the desire to one day become an Ideal Feet Franchisee in the market or a market of choice, then we want to speak with you today

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist all customer inquiries with compassion and product knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Engage with customers throughout the process to include fitting of the orthotics
• Resolved all customer- guest issues
• Follow-up on all sales made to customers
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Make sales and set up appointments over the phone
• Meet and or exceed company sales standards
• Able to promote Ideal Feet programs and offerings
• Keep store clean and merchandise restocking

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college is even better q
• Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales/retail experience
• Experience with one-on-one sales presentations
• Weekends required
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical task such as lifting
