- Provide documentation of interventions and classroom activities
- Assist Children's Services staff with paperwork, materials development, and curriculum planning, and special projects
- Assist with tracking and ordering program supplies and materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Working towards or completed Associate's/Bachelor's in child development, early childhood special education or other related fields
- Preferred is core Early Childhood Education (ECE) units or Child development class
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
- Valid California Driver's License/ID
- Clean Driving Record (if applicable)
- Proof of negative TB test results
- Verification of occupational physical clearance
- Pass a criminal fingerprint clearance
- 18 years of age or job permit clearance
- Ability to physically respond to children with special needs
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. as needed
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and bend frequently
- Ability to sit and keyboard as needed
