BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow production schedule, storage, shippent and receiving plan. Communicate through suitable means to all parties concerned. Updating and control of the production as management request. Perform inspections and maintenance on the equipments as required and other job-related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the broad spectrum of responsibilities of the process engineer, particular emphasis is placed on the following specific tasks: Following the production plan, this is to include; preparation of sources, communication through suitable means to all parties concerned, updating and control of the production plan. Involvement with the proccess as collection, pasteurization, storage, shipment and receving. Ensure the cleaning and sanitization of the areas, GMP to keep the qualility and safety of the product, helping to determine the practicability of carrying them by undertaking further research, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS [Minimum level of formal education that is required to perform this job satisfactorily]

Bachelor's Degree.

TRAINING, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Understanding of OSHA, GMP and environmental regulations.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct communication meetings. Facilitate Qualitivity PEP teams. Participate in CCJ training programs. Participate in Quality Improvement process.

EQUIPMENT

Computers and associated software programs, assorted hand tools, various test and measurement equipment. Hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, and other protective equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed about 50% in an office and 50% in plant utilities area and production rooms. Work requires exposure to all temperature extremes, high noise levels, working in confined spaces, moving around equipment, tanks, heights, wet conditions, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc. Some travel may be required from time to time to attend training seminars, corporate meetings, etc.
