- Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and present to the C-suite.
- Evaluate and identify anomalies in historic and forecast data trends. Summarize and communicate findings proactively to finance and senior leadership.
- Leading the Services and Support FP&A processes, definitions, and practices.
- Services and Support P&L Long term strategic analysis and modeling.
- Partner with department leaders to help define and deliver critical data and analysis needs that will drive growth and scale across the Service and Support
- Lead the annual budget process which will include working directly with senior leaders across the company.
- Assist in developing analytical KPIs and reports to present productivity and efficiency measures.
- Overall company Gross Margin deep dive and analytics
- Manage data validation and new development for automated reports in Tableau.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting, MBA is advantage
- 6+ years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, preferably from a public company.
- Good business and financial understanding. Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial analysis and reports.
- Experience with SaaS business - required.
- Enterprise software experience – advantage
- Good systems aptitude and knowledge of business management software and databases (ERP systems, Salesforce, Tableau, NetSuite).
- Very accurate, precise, and organized, with attention to detail
- Strong MS Excel skills

The salary range for this position is $80,000-120,000 /year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
