    The Branch Customer Service Representative role offers opportunities for growth and development within the company. With a starting hourly wage of $14-$21.78 and potential for an annual bonus based on performance, this position can be a stepping stone for a rewarding career.

    The job entails promoting ACG products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and participating in office events to generate revenue by increasing member awareness of products. As the face of our branch, you will interact with customers, provide peace of mind by servicing their needs, and exceed member expectations relating to professionalism of demeanor, efficient and effective customer service (on phone or in person) and maintenance of workstation and office facility.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    The Auto Club Group seeks prospective Member Representative I's or Branch Customer Service Representatives who can work effectively in a team environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet office customer service goals. Successful candidates will possess passion and enthusiasm for working with people, basic mathematical calculations to accurately perform monetary transactions, and communication skills to interact with others in a work environment.

    Responsibilities include providing sales and support services to members, generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving member/customer complaints. You will also conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products and perform other duties as assigned.
