- Provide direct support to the attorneys and assist other members of the Group in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
- Assist Loyalty Marketing team with review of consumer marketing collateral and updates/edits to Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions.
- Communicate with representatives of Loyalty and Enterprise Partnership teams, including preparation of draft contracts, receiving, and reviewing contract edits, negotiating changes, and coordinating the finalization and execution of the documents.
- Review cobranded credit card marketing collateral and assist in drafting credit card product terms and conditions related to Marriott Bonvoy loyalty benefits for new domestic and international credit card products.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Law Department, and work effectively with internal clients and business partners across regional teams.
- Identify relevant issues in preparation and review of draft partnership contracts and coordinate with colleagues and across the business on tax, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters.
- Work directly with Marriott business leaders.
- Draft documents, using standard forms and templates.
- Update Law department database(s) to reflect executed transactions.
- Undertake special assignments, including research, review, and analysis of contract documentation and other issues.
- Two-year college degree and
- Minimum relevant work experience of three years.
- Four-year college degree and
- Minimum relevant work experience of one year.
- At least ten years of relevant work experience as a paralegal
