    Job Title:

    Operating Room Technician

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Technician to join our team at {company}. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Operating Room, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Daily Operations: Supply dressing rooms with necessary items, maintain tidy spaces, restock linens and supplies as needed, and perform general cleaning tasks.
    • Pre-Operative Area: Assist with patient care, transfer patient belongings, and bring clean stretchers to PreAn.
    • Instrument Processing: Assist with instrument processing, wash and reassemble sets, use washer-sterilizer and autoclaves, and properly prepare instruments for sterilization and storage.
    • OR Room Support: Assist in setting up the OR, restocking supplies, gathering equipment, mopping floors, and assisting circulators with errands.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience: No experience necessary; health care experience preferred.
    • Personal Qualities: Excellent physical and mental health, cooperative, and dependable.
