Job Summary
Cleans common areas resident rooms restrooms and administrative offices.Cleans draperies privacy curtains blinds dusts furniture washes walls and woodwork washes windows door panels vents and sills empties and cleans wastebaskets ashtrays transports trash waste to disposal area replenishes bathroom supplies documents equipment products that need repair replacing reports promptly any resident concerns attends in service as scheduled works assigned schedule including weekends holidays.
