Inside Sales Coordinator - Shreveport

Job summary
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers distributors and internal sales teams regarding production choke products parts and service inquiries Generate accurate quotations and technical proposals in accordance with customer specifications industry standards and NOV guidelines Work closely with engineering applications manufacturing and field service teams to provide timely information and ensure customer requirements are met Support the outside sales team by managing leads tracking opportunities and following up on quotes to drive sales conversions Maintain update customer and sales data Coordinate order processing pricing delivery schedules post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experience Provide product knowledge technical assistance identify potential opportunities expand NOV footprint existing customers emerging markets additional product lines Must have ability transport stored items warehouse production areas pick items daily shipments safely timely manner Must have physical ability life move lbs All other duties assigned Education Experience Qualifications Bachelor degree business Engineering related field preferred equivalent industry experience Minimum years inside sales customer service technical support experience industrial equipment preferably Oil Gas related Equipment Experienced inventory control shipping receiving forklift operation pulling order sale orders shipping receiving Excellent communication organizational problem-solving skills Proficiency Oracle ERP systems software huge plus Ability interpret technical drawings specifications asset Strong attention detail manage multiple priorities fast-paced environment General knowledge oil gas petrochemical industry plus Demonstrated collaboration departments work effectively team-oriented culture Customer-focused approach delivering technical excellence service Competitive Benefits visit more information benefits offerings 401k Retirement Plan NOV matches dollar base pay overtime every dollar invest Competitive medical plans effective date hire Coverage options just yourself eligible employee start least $40 pay period bi-weekly plans cover entire family yourself eligible spouse children start $150.50 pay period bi-weekly Starting virtual visits enrolled MDLIVE medical plan FREE preventative medical dental care entire family enrolled medical/dental plan seeing in-network physician FREE Basic Life AD insurance times annual salary full-time employees All regular full-time employees start weeks paid vacation year prorated based start date Pre-NOV relevant experience considered vacation accruals Regular full-time employees receive paid holidays per year>
