- Build and practice healthy relationship skills, so each person can create stronger natural support networks that allow them to participate fully in a happy life, work, and community.
- Develop training materials and provide education to the peer supporter's multidisciplinary team, and the larger organization.
- Initiate and track outreach efforts
- Develop Peer Support relationships with individuals in service
- Help carry out outreach and engagement activities
- Track and attend medical/mental health appointments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- License/Certifications: Completion of, or ability to complete, the relevant training to the position is required*. Valid Driving license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Experience providing one-on-one and/or group facilitation peer support is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
