The Production Manager position is responsible for leading all operations in all aspects of associate safety product quality associate hiring staffing budgeting planning equipment maintenance setting a yearly strategy and achieving the necessary productivity from both departments as required to meet customer demands.Foster an environment that is prioritized in the order of Safety Quality and Production In the event of absence these job responsibilities will be covered by employees in the Plant Manager role
