    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the school year in Waynesboro, GA. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional to support our students and join our dedicated team.

    Job Overview:

    • Start Date: July 31st, 2024
    • End Date: May 30th, 2025
    • Schedule: Full-time
    • Caseload:
      • Ages 4-10
      • Moderate-sized, mild to moderate caseload of 30 students, expected to grow
      • Requires experience with AAC devices and managing various behavioral issues

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid Georgia SLP license
    • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs need not apply
    • Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively
    • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside other SLPs and school staff

    Additional Information:

    • The school district is small but supportive, with two other SLPs onsite for assistance.
    • The district values a sense of community among staff members.
    • The director is available for interviews primarily after May 20th, but can make accommodations for earlier discussions.
