    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth software deployment and onboarding processes for our employees. You will work closely with our IT team and end-users to provide technical support and assistance related to software installation, configuration, and onboarding activities.

    Key Responsibilities:


    - Software Deployment: Install, configure, and deploy software applications to end-user devices.
    - Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources, software, and access.


    - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues and provide technical support to end-users.


    - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of software deployments and create documentation for troubleshooting procedures.


    - User Training:Provide training and guidance to end-users on software usage and best practices.


    - Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement software improvements and updates.


    - Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing IT inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.


    - Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and software licensing agreements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
    - Proven experience in software deployment, onboarding, and IT support.
    - Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
