    Description
    Storm Search is supporting a client with a direct hire *Quality Technician* in *Macedonia, OH*.
    * *12 hour shifts (7:30pm-7:30am 3/4 schedule)
    * *Salary based on experience ($19-20/hour + $1 shift differential)
    * *Upward growth opportunities*Job Duties:
    • Perform inspection activities, including Receiving Inspection, 1st article inspection, and In-process Inspections, as a quality technician in manufacturing.
    • Document inspection results into ERP system for record-keeping and analysis by the quality technician.
    • Utilize various measurement devices to perform accurate measurements
    • Conduct internal audits and/or 6S audits to maintain quality standards as a quality technician.
    • Control and isolate nonconforming product to ensure quality standards are met in manufacturing.
    • Create Quality Alerts as needed to address emerging quality concerns in manufacturing.
    • Participate in Supplier and Internal Corrective Actions to address quality issues as a quality technician.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED _required_
    • 1+ years of injection molding experience _preferred _
    • Ability to use basic measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, etc., to perform inspections accurately.
