    **Sales Opportunity with Room for Growth**

    • Assign leads to sales representatives
    • Follow up with leads to schedule appointments

    • Create estimates based on measurement reports
    • Prepare agreements using sales rep-provided information
    • Coordinate permits and documentation
    • Handle insurance claims process and follow up with adjusters
    • Manage materials ordering and delivery process
    • Schedule installations and coordinate job dates
    • Provide post-sales support including invoicing and collections
    • Ensure quality control through feedback and referrals

    **Company Organization:**

    • Develop internal SOPs for each task
    • Maintain updated SOPs
    • Certified CRM professionals to manage data integrity and progression
