    Como Gerente de Tienda en CSNation, serás el líder de tu equipo, creando una cultura centrada en la experiencia del cliente, logrando resultados de ventas consistentes, manteniendo estándares operativos y desarrollando a tu equipo. Debes ser un líder apasionado, capaz de realizar múltiples tareas, con atención al detalle y enérgico en tu apoyo a empleados y clientes. Liderarás con el ejemplo en ventas, experiencia en la tienda y operaciones. Te proporcionaremos toda la capacitación necesaria para tu éxito

    Responsabilidades

    • Entrenar y desarrollar a tu equipo diariamente.
    • Mantener estándares operativos para garantizar inventario, ingresos, promociones, exhibiciones y el ambiente de la tienda para todos los clientes.
    • Reclutar, entrevistar y retener un equipo de ventas altamente comprometido.

    Requisitos:

    • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios de mañana, tarde, fines de semana y días festivos según se programe.
    • Mayor de 18 años.
    • Se puede realizar una verificación de antecedentes como parte del proceso de contratación.
    • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos períodos en un ambiente de tienda minorista.
    • Habilidad para mover y/o levantar hasta 25 libras.
