- Background in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Prior experience in multi-unit leadership or as a Captain D's Operator/Trainer
- Ability to mentor and train teams effectively

- Training all team members in D's Hospitality within the designated area

- Supervising food safety practices during food preparation and service
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned units
- Adhering to organizational policies, local regulations, and ensuring compliance in the region
- Meeting profitability and sales targets
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels and conducting disciplinary actions professionally
- Performing other assigned duties as required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Successful completion of a Background Check and possession of a Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Engaging speech, hearing, vision, coordination, and manual dexterity
- Physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and repetitive actions over extended periods
- Intermittent usage of taste and smell senses and working around cleaning agents
- Work Conditions / Hours:
- Minimum 50-hour workweek with variable days and hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on operational needs

- Potential exposure to extreme conditions typical in restaurant environments
