As a CEFCO team member, you will:
Oversee food service operations and ensure sales and profitability goals are exceeded.
Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment.
Coach and develop the food service team.
Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Here's what we're looking for:
2 years' management experience in fast food or restaurant operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
