    Financial Service IT Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities
    Serves as primary point of contact and accountability for successful delivery of services
    Manages onsite delivery team, 3rd party resources and works directly with various levels of all organizations
    Oversee project kick-off, status reporting, deliverable review/acceptance and project closeout
    Approve and oversee schedule and project plan to meet project and capacity requirements
    Escalation point and assist with resolution of issues and risks along with any associated mitigation plan
    Facilitates change management as needed
    Monitors budget and invoicing
    Strong performance monitoring (project and employees), process governance (client and internal) and capacity planning will drive success in this position
    Communication and organization are keys to being a top performer
    Must be able to lead, problem solve and persevere in a fast-moving environment

    Patch Management:
    Oversee the patching and updating of software, operating systems, and firmware to maintain security and stability.

    Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and contracts are optimized

    Budget Management:
    Develop and manage project budget, track expenditures, and control costs effectively.

    Documentation:
    Oversees uploading of all documentation to client MS Teams SharePoint site

    IT Policies and Procedures:
    Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and standardization across the organization.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor operations teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

    Qualifications
    Possess strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of project and team management.
    5 plus years of operation or project management experience


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on the computer.
    Occasional walking between facilities.
    Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs
