    Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the manufacturing industry to hire an experienced full-time Senior Program Manager.

    This strategic role involves sharing financial responsibility (Revenue and P&L) with executive leadership by assisting in developing annual business plans, compiling financial forecasts, conducting margin analysis, and creating business reviews for pricing lists and proposals.

    The successful candidate will lead new product development, contract negotiations, and an internal team to achieve company operational plans, serving as the primary customer interface to ensure program implementation aligns with customer expectations.


    What YOU will do:
    Develop a multifunctional team from proposal generation through contract completion, managing cost, schedule, and technical aspects of a program.

    Demonstrate knowledge of product line management processes from program start-up through closure, including program baseline establishment, management review conduct, and earned value reporting.

    Lead the Product Line Management Department to deliver on contractual and financial commitments, championing standards of conduct and promoting effective solutions to meet customer needs.

    Collaborate across departments to establish business cases for new products, compile and present to the leadership team, and execute overall operational and resource plans.

    Coordinate proposals, RFQ bids, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

    What YOU will bring us:


    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years combined experience in Pricing, Contracts, Business Management, Program Management, or related fields.

    Minimum of 7 years Leadership Experience and 5 years' experience in TINA-Compliant proposal development and DCMA/DCAA audits.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to achieve and maintain an active DoD Security Clearance.

    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a drive for results in a teambuilding environment.
