    Your Impact:

    Pearce is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Director of Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to accelerate our advanced analytics capabilities and drive innovation across our internal operation and client service areas. In this newly created role, as Director, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for accelerating our advanced analytics capabilities and developing use cases and roadmap for artificial intelligence into our business.

    You will be part of our Strategy and Optimization team and be the foremost voice on improving and extending our services and operations with analytics and artificial intelligence. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing our services and operations, driving growth, and delivering value to our clients.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Design a Business-Case Backed Digital Roadmap:

    • Collaborate with the Strategy & Optimization team to identify digital enhancement opportunities within the operational and commercial optimization roadmap.
    • Develop compelling business cases to support the integration of digital and artificial intelligence solutions into the overall transformation strategy.
    Develop Initial Artificial Intelligence Use Cases:
    • Prioritize and develop 1-3 initial use cases aligned with the digital roadmap.
    • Lead the end-to-end development, piloting, and scaling of AI/analytics models, including data gathering, modeling, and refinement.
    Establish Scalable Infrastructure for Digital Products:
    • Establish the computational infrastructure necessary for developing, testing, and scaling advanced analytic and AI models in Python.
    • Lead the implementation of scalable infrastructure to support the growth and evolution of digital products.
    Build the Data Analytics Team:
    • Define the needed roles of the Data Analytics team based on the digital roadmap.
    • Understand current capabilities of global team and lead hiring efforts to close any gaps in team, including data scientists and engineers, to support digital initiatives.
    Provide Thought Leadership across Pearce
    • Ensure alignment with broader digital roadmap including providing guidance on data lake architecture and engaging with third party providers.
    Core Experience:
    • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for advanced analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives, including setting goals, defining metrics for success, and aligning with overall business objectives.
    • Ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, including effectively communicating the value proposition of analytics and AI solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong project management skills to oversee complex analytics and AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to data privacy, security, and compliance, particularly in energy and telecom sectors.
    • Experience integrating analytics and AI solutions with existing systems and platforms, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other business applications.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
    • Experience managing, mentoring, and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, including remote team members and offshore resources.
    • Experience in energy, telecom or utility sector preferred.
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience building advanced analytic models in Python
    • Master's in data science or related field preferred
    Physical/Work Environment

    This role can be remote in the United States with travel expected to our US and global office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
