Accountant - $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus (3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE)

Due to the recent promotion of an employee who we placed two years ago, we are thrilled to be recruiting on a great role for an outstanding small company (85 employees) as an Accountant. This position will report to an outstanding hiring manager (who our firm placed) and will work with an established team of six accounting professionals (our firm placed 4 of the 6 Accountants).

Our client follows a very flexible HYBRID schedule that allows employees to work remotely 2 days per week.

This Accountant position will provide support to a team of six accountants in the areas of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Payroll. While this position will interact both with this internal team and with external clients - it is NOT in public accounting. In fact - quite the opposite - this company boasts tremendous work / life balance and an incredible level of stability.

Candidates must live within a 35-mile radius of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
