- General responsibility in the design, development, and delivery of pay and human resources data integration between multiple external systems and PeopleSoft, as well as data conversion into PeopleSoft from legacy systems
- Developing technical solutions to business challenges and functional requirements
- Creating, updating, and editing functional and technical design specifications and solutions to meet project requirements
- Interpreting requirements, conducting complex analyses, and presenting options and recommendations to achieve desired results
- Supporting and independently managing tasks related to design and development of conversions and interfaces
- Conducting Unit testing and resolving issues identified during testing
- Meeting deadlines and effectively managing multiple, dynamic priorities
- Providing overall technical and logistical support to the program
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in designing and developing conversions and interfaces using ETL tools
- 1-5 years of experience with Ab Initio
- Experience in reading/writing sources to target mapping documents
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a strong customer service focus and solution ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and work successfully in an Agile SAFe Scrum Team
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Must hold SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date
- Experience with Ab Initio ETL Platform, including plans, graphs, psets, meta-programming, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and effectively work in Agile Product Teams (APTs)
- Experience as a data modeler and/or data architect
- Experience with DoDAF Artifacts
- Knowledge of existing Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a strong customer service focus and solution ownership
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- SAFe Agilist certification
