- Documentation writing experience is a plus, though not required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience in procurement or 3 years with higher education
- 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service experience and communication abilities
- Proficient in Office 365 Cloud applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
