The Assistant Director of Housing Access & Financial Stability serves as the second‑in‑command to the Director of Compliance and Housing Access,leading the Housing Access and Financial Stability teams and aligning operations with compliance,
vacancy reduction, and resident stability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration,
or a related field preferred or equivalent experience may substitute for education. - Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience,
including marketing and leasing of rental units and vacancy management, - familiarity with Coordinated Entry systems desirable.
