    Property Claims and Defense of Commercial Residential Property Owners

    This is a unique opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional legal services.

    Job Details:

    • Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
    • Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses, providing sound legal advice based on thorough research and analysis.
    • Conducting legal research and gathering evidence for defense strategies, ensuring all relevant facts are considered in case preparation.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
    • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
    • Participating in trial practice, including the preparation of opening and closing arguments, examination and cross-examination of witnesses, and presentation of evidence.
    • Handling appeals, including drafting appellate briefs and presenting oral arguments before appellate courts.
    • Providing legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, legal writing, trial practice, appeals, personal injury, arbitration, mediation, legal research, and corporate law.
    • Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
    • Proven track record of successfully litigating cases and managing a caseload.
