The candidate will work in accordance with the orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

• Graduate of a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program required.
• 1-year experience preferred

Licensure, registration or certification

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
• Current certification in CPR/Basic Life Support required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
