Must be able to perform all MRI safety measures as directed by ACR. 8. Maintain a safe and appropriate work environment. 9. Knowledge of basic patient care and activities may be necessary during exam. 10. Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested. 11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 12. Work as a team member within the imaging department and all departments. 13. Documents work processes as required. 14. â- Ability to properly position patients to provide quality imaging. â- Ability to work independently. â- Complete understanding of MRI applications. â- Ability to operate equipment. â- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage interactions with difficult people. â- Knowledge of current medical terminology. â- Knowledge of imaging techniques to perform routine tests. â- Knowledge of imaging equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation. â- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
