Job Title: Gymnastics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Gymnastics Coordinator. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive salary of $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preschool and progressive gymnastics, as well as parkour programs
• Plan and manage gymnastics facilities, events, clinics, and classes
• Assist in hiring, leading, and training part-time parkour and gymnastics staff
• Build relationships with gymnastics and parkour participants and families
• Collaborate with the Gymnastics Director to provide high-quality gymnastics and parkour programming

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Recreational Management, or equivalent experience in gymnastics
• Ability to learn or possess knowledge of both recreational and competitive gymnastics
• Physical ability to lift equipment up to 70lbs and spot gymnasts up to 130 pounds
• Supervisory and leadership experience preferred
