For over forty years, West Central Behavioral Health, a community mental health organization, has dedicated itself to *"...promote, preserve and strengthen the mental health and quality of life in our community.* To accomplish this, West Central has assembled a team of talented professionals. Working together toward a common goal, our staff served nearly 2,700 children, adolescents and adults last year.
West Central Behavioral Health is seeking applicants for the Team Leaderposition for our Child Case Management Team in the Lebanon, NH office. The individual will be responsible for the management of a team of dedicated individuals. This includes hire, onboard, supervise, coach, train, and manage performance.
The Team Leader participates in development of program activities, problem-solve issues and system barriers impacting the delivery of care, and utilization review activities. The Team Leader manages the overall flow of client care and assigns cases to team members. Responsible for ensuring staff meet all clinical documentation and productivity goals, accurate and timely billing.
The individual provides services and support to staff members as needed. The Child Team Leader will provide some direct services to children and families.
**General Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent field
3-5 years of case management experience in a team setting
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records
Valid drivers license, plus reliable and insured vehicle
