OverviewAs the Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and your team with clerical, administrative and customer support responsibilities that assist with maintaining and improving customer relationships on a business-to-business level. Outstanding customer service, impeccable attention to detail, and a sense of ownership and urgency is a must to be successful in this exciting position.
Responsibilities

Answer phones and transfer calls
Respond to email requests
Create and enter quotes through database
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to provide pricing and availability of product
Enter orders made my customers / follow up on orders (tracking)
Ability to provide technical information and be knowledgeable of Company Literature
General office duties (word processing, filing, emailing, photocopying, mail duties, etc.)
Complete other projects/tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

1+ year of recent B2B customer service experience
Proficient with computers, software programs, databases, etc.
Accurate data entry/typing skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)
Compensation: $50,000 Annually to Start
Company provides competitive salary with quarterly incentives and full-benefits package.
