    Our client, a metal fabrication company is seeking a CMM Technician to join their team. As a CMM Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting plant quality. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, can do attitude] and good work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title:CMM Technician-1st shift

    Location:Osceola, WI

    Pay Range:$29-36/hour

    What's the Job?

    • Operate, program, and maintain CMM equipment to perform dimensional inspections of parts and components according to engineering drawings, models, and specifications
    • Write and edit CMM programs for new and existing parts, ensuring accuracy and repeatability in the measurement process
    • Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and CAD models to set up and run inspections effectively
    • Conduct detailed inspections of first articles, in-process parts, and final products to verify conformance to specifications
    • Utilize CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools to perform dimensional checks
    • Document and record inspection results, ensuring all measurements meet required tolerances and quality standards.

    What's Needed?

    • 2+ years of experience as a CMM Technician or Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Experience with CMM programming and operation (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software) is required
    • Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and interpretation of engineering drawings
    • Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues
