About Us: PGS (PsychoGeriatric Services) is a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice with almost three decades of dedicated service. We specialize in delivering behavioral health services to residents of long-term care facilities, both in-person and through telehealth. Our diverse and expanding team of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and nurse practitioners provides quality care to over 300 facilities in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide psychotherapy services. This role offers a chance for meaningful, flexible, and independent work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. As part of our commitment to growth, we provide a comprehensive mentoring program for all new therapists, ensuring you have the guidance and support necessary for success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Offer on-site assistance at nursing homes, assisted care, and similar facilities.
• Consult with facility staff to coordinate care.
• Deliver periodic educational talks.
• Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.
