- 5 to 8 years of Customer Success Management experience with enterprise level customers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience providing low touch support and managing up to 200 clients
- Experience in a SaaS environment/with SaaS products
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience or knowledge of Gainsight
- Masters degree in related area
- Fluency in multiple languages
