    • 5 to 8 years of Customer Success Management experience with enterprise level customers
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience providing low touch support and managing up to 200 clients
    • Experience in a SaaS environment/with SaaS products
    • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience


    • Experience or knowledge of Gainsight
    • Masters degree in related area
    • Fluency in multiple languages
