    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and drive. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are the frontrunners in our field.

    In this role, you will dive into servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, foster relationships to bring in fresh leads, and guide a small team in these endeavors.

    You will evolve into an expert in training your team members, paving the way to becoming an Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills through our established procedures.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client portfolio.
    • Explore new business prospects focused on B2B.
    • Supervise team operations and deliverables.
    • Provide training to incoming staff on existing processes.
    • Report daily on field activities using Salesforce CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership growth.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently.
    Aptitude for functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting.
    Passionate about assisting others and fostering relationships.
    Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
    Previous sales or customer service background.
    Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
    A commitment to community involvement.
    Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
