Skill Required Strong Linux skills can troubleshoot and have scripting experience (bash python etc) that's the base. Brokering tools like puppet and Ansible are a plus.

They can't be passive they need to have a willingness to jump into problems or questions as a team dig into the details of the issue and propose solutions – even if they're not 100% on the resolution.

They also need hosting environment experience like Apache and have to be able to understand how a web environment works.

Would be great if they had F5 load balancer experience and knowledge of troubleshooting Java apps. Linux admin experience. Web hosting experience. Know Apache and be able to troubleshoot Apache. Automation using Terraform Chef/Puppet Ansible and etc Scripting skill (Phyton PowerShell and etc).
