    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Responsible for real estate and property, maintaining and performing property and site inspections.
    • Scheduling the maintenance and repairs under the supervision of the Property Manager
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
    • Prefer individual with accounting or business background with some Property Management experience.
    • Individual should be able to multi-task, communicate effectively, have a pleasant demeanor, and be a good representative of the department ,as well as LifeBridge Health, by displaying a commitment to the value of teamwork.
    • Must be cooperative and collaborative in the performance of duties to promote a unified and spirited workplace
    • Driver's license and vehicle required
