- Read and understand grade stakes.
- Swing/lift using proper technique adhering to Strack/OSHA requirements.
- Trenching using proper technique as per Strack/OSHA standards.
- Able to demonstrate proper machine set up in all task in a safe manner.
- Help move overburden placed by Mainline Excavator.
- Safely unload material from delivery trucks.
- Utilize trench box to install utilities.
- Good understanding of hoisting and rigging techniques.

- Must be willing and able to travel out of town, and/or out of state to work on job sites.
- Must have good work ethics: Be on time, Work hard and Willing to learn.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Available to perform other duties as assigned.
