- 5+ years experience in Quality Control (Must be QC not QA)
- Previous management experience (Ability to manage 1215 direct reports)
- Must have experience working within a USDA regulated environment
- At least 5 years of Industry experience (Pharma, Lab, Manufacturing, or Quality experience)
- Preferably experience within a large manufacturing environment
- Strong experience within Root Cause Analysis, change control, and CAPA Management

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Manager for an Animal Vaccine R&D and manufacturing site in Elkhorn, NE.This position will be responsible for providing guidance and supervision to QC Specialists and Technicians to complete testing and testing support activities.
Responsible for team development of experienced QC analysts, maintenance of a robust training program, and for facilitating a compliant and safe culture through policy deployment and application.
