Description

We are hiring excited, driven, ambitious and smart front of house fanatics.

First and foremost, candidates must have an incredible sense of hospitality, work ethic and be self-starters.

Court of Master Sommelier certifications are not required, though candidates must be dedicated to growing their knowledge through discipline, study and educating others.

The most appropriate candidate has experience in elevated dining environments and has been under the mentorship of a learned wine professional.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Being trained as and
working as a captain/server and proficiently running a section.

Providing helping hands wherever needed during service when not working as a captain/server (this may include backserving, glass polishing, pouring by-the-glass wines and pouring wine pairings).

Assisting with the organization, unpacking, and inventory of our wine collection.
Assisting our wine director with other department-specific tasks.

Experience in upscale dining is required, as well as classic and contemporary food and wine knowledge. We are professionals seeking the same in our job candicates.
