Client Location: D. C Metro Area

Work Location: Hybrid Model (mostly REMOTE)

Duration: 12+ months

Resource who has Active Secret (or) Top Secret (or) Interim Security Clearance highly desired

Position: ESB/SOA/Kafka Developer

Must have Skills:

10-12 years of experience in the Information Technology field with an emphasis on large-scale ERP systems
3+ years of experience with Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka
5+ years of experience with Data Integrations
6+ years of strong experience with enterprise service bus technologies, to include design, installation, configuration and testing; Oracle ESB/SOA/MFT preferred
Experienced in detail the integration of Oracle ESB with the components of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, MQ and OAM/OID
Hands-on experience with the setting up and configuration of Kafka brokers, Kafka Connector, Zookeeper, and schema registry
Experience with messaging and stream processing architectures built on the Confluent version of Kafka
Recent experience with pipelining, xQuery, and xPath
Recent experience with KSQL
Experience with clustering and high availability Kafka configurations
Experience configuring Kafka Security
Experience setting up monitoring and management for Kafka
Experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Service Bus environments on NIPR and SIPR
Setup and integration of ESB with various components of the system like PeopleSoft Integration Broker, MQ and OAM/OID
Proven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementation
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Mathematics
Must have SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date

Position: Army Data SME

Must have Skills:

Minimum 10 years of IT related experience.
Have a deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes.
Experience with existing Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Agile SAFe process; PeopleSoft HCM; Azure DevOps highly desired
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
Must obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date.
