    Warwick, Rhode Island based Metals Processor seeking a Sales Rep or Sales Rep Group to join our team

    Inside/Outside Sales experience in the metals industry is required.

    Millard Wire & Specialty Strip Co. is a Copper Base Alloy Reroll Strip Mill/Distributor for Strip Products, and a Copper Base Alloy Redraw Wire Mill/Distributor for Wire Products.

    This position is commission only based, not straight salary.

    The commission structure is:

    · 10% on new business first year

    · 8% on business 2nd year

    · 6% 3rd year on

    · 5% to maintain and grow active accounts in assigned territory

    The everyday aspects of the position will be:

    · To coordinate all facets of the daily operations in a manner that achieves a satisfactory performance in meeting the customers' demands while contributing to the profitable growth of the customer base.

    · Coordinating customer inquiries and orders with Inside Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain personnel.

    · Maintaining communication with customers regarding order status.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    · Inside/Outside Sales experience in the metals industry.

    · Excellent business communication capabilities.
