- Coordinate team members to accomplish daily tasks and fulfill customer needs
- Communicate with customers through email and over the phone to answer customer questions and concerns, confirm order changes
- Maintain inventories to ensure efficient use of products, save money, and reduce waste
- Keep track of all documents in a comprehensive filing system and record keeping system
- Prepare receipts for orders, deliver materials, process returns
- Use SnapStock, Excel, Sharepoint, and SAP to process customer requests
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office to keep track of inventory, order changes, and receipts
- Train new coworkers in procedures, safety protocols, computer skills, organizational systems, order processes, customer service, and communication
- Keep work environment clean and free of hazards by dusting desks, sweeping, picking up trash, and organizing products
- Pulling customer orders, ensuring their accuracy, and preparing them for shipment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receive and stock products as needed to replenish inventory

- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment or providing exceptional customer service is preferred.

This position will consist of commuting toIrving, TX for training for a week or two. The position will start in Sherman, TXfor 2 to 3 months and officiallywill be relocated to McKinney, TX.
