    Job Details:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of legal matters.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil law, coaching and mentorship, collection, creditors rights, compliance, and legal research.

    This position offers a unique work model with no billable hours, allowing our attorneys to focus on providing the highest quality legal services without the pressure of meeting a billable hour quota.


    Responsibilities:
    The Permanent Associate Attorney will be responsible for a diverse range of legal duties


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing expert legal advice, representation, and support to clients on a variety of civil law matters.
    • Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
    • Handling all aspects of collection and creditors rights cases, including negotiations, litigation, and settlements.
    • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all legal activities.
    • Training and mentoring less experienced legal staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to deliver a coordinated and effective legal service.
    • Staying updated on the latest legal trends, court decisions, and legislative developments relevant to our practice areas.

    Qualifications:

    The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil law.
    • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring other legal professionals.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in collection and creditors rights law.
    • Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements.
    • Excellent legal research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
    • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
