    Clinical Care Leader

    Job Summary:

    The Clinical Care Leader is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
    Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues,
    to plan, implement and evaluate care.Documents resident history,symptoms,m-edications
    &care provided in compliance with applicable standards/regulations.Utilizes technology to enhance quality resident care,
    .effectively delegate(to supervise unlicensed personnel assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment & serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces committees .Demonstrates competency practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge utilizes appropriate age population specific standards as designated in the specific care area or unit.Must have effective communication skills collaborate,negotiate resolve conflicts situations/issues peers,inte-professional colleagues,residents families.Strong clinical reasoning critical thinking skills analyze data respond changing situations.
