    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Operate dishwashers in efficient manner.
    • Prepare kitchenware for dishwasher by scraping, rinsing, etc. before loading into dishwasher.
    • Unload dishwasher and place kitchenware in proper storage containers; place in areas as instructed by supervisor.
    • Present a well-groomed, professional appearance, adhering to company uniform regulations; practice good personal hygiene at all times.
    • Extend hospitality and courtesy to guests and other employees.
    • Observe all safety rules; employ safe work practices when performing job; use personal protective equipment as needed; maintain safe, organized and sanitary working environment.
    • Responsive to guest inquiries, concerns, complaints in a friendly, courteous, helpful manner.
    • Report property maintenance, equipment problems to Engineering for repair.
    • Perform side work duties as assigned.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
